JSA was involved in several renovation and refurbishment projects for DFID. The office building was converted from an existing commercial building. This involved the entire renovation of the interior of the main building.
The exterior work involved landscaping, constructing boundary walls, entry gates and support in buildings such as a cafeteria, a store and maintenance areas.
Besides the interior, electrification, the HVAC facility and the entire sanitation work were changed inside the building. Panic doors were added to the evacuation stairs in the existing building.
The office rooms (open/enclosed) and meeting rooms were created as per the need of the client. The false ceiling and floor finish were done differently in different rooms according to their demands. The entry porch is decorated in local style– traditional brick facades with wood carving elements as stair railing, planter etc.
Since last year, JSA has also served for Maintenance Projects for DFID-N office and all its staff residences.
