N-CELL SWITCHING CENTER POKHARA
The project is an office building for N-Cell Pvt. Ltd. (N-Cell is part of Telia Sonera, a leading European telecommunication company since October 2008) incorporating Data Center. In this project, Planning was the key issue, so it was done in such a manner that the Data Center structure (which is the most important structure of the project) is protected from many different harmful actions.
As the site is a square, the planning was prepared into two half of the site. On the northern side the Data Center is placed while all the other activities are placed on the southern side of site. As the site is sloped towards the southern side, the retaining wall along the middle of site creates a barrier between the Data Center and other facilities.
As the company extension plan in Data Center, The space where the extension will be carried out is well landscaped so that it is easy to carry out the construction work in future.

In this project, the RoW is well managed and due to security issue all the parking is prepared in-front of the boundary wall. As the site lies in residential, all the noisy activities like generator (though this makes less noise), parking are at the road side to protect the neighboring area free from disturbance.

SONJA KILL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN
The project is a children hospital at Kampot in Cambodia. Designed in a land area of approximately 70,000 square meters, the project consists 12 different blocks dedicated to OPD, Maternity Ward, OT block, Surgery Ward, Intensive Care Ward, Long-term Ward, Infectious Ward, Staff Quarters, Guest House, Workshop and Guard House
The design incorporates features to compliment the rural settings of Cambodia.
The design plans incorporate spaces to accommodate behavior patterns of the actual users of these buildings. JSA design team took references from several doctors practicing in Cambodia for the design development to optimize the utilization of spaces.
Environmental factors were also given due consideration during design development phase. Louvers have been extensively used in doors and windows for ample natural ventilation. Likewise, slope roofs have been designed to withstand the heavy rainfall. Each building has been designed independently to fulfill their requirement while keeping a common overall appearance.
SHEER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
This General Hospital serves the people from the eastern end of Kathmandu Valley. The plinth area of the building is 1000 square meter (10760 square feet).
The architecture of the building is in traditional Nepalese style. The clay tiled slope roof and fair faced brick facade enhance traditional architecture. This two storied hospital building is situated on top of a hill overlooking Banepa with Himalayas in the background.
The hospital services and spaces have been expanded on regular basis. JSA carried out these expansion works. The building is designed as a framed structure with infill cavity brick walls. The cavity walls are incorporated for good thermal insulation and protection against damp. The steel trusses support the roof structure.
