The project is built by emulating the UK standards, which was achieved. The architectural style is an adaptation of vernacular architecture of Pokhara in terms of material uses and therefore an exposed stone façade with timber doors and windows were used in the building with a courtyard and a central chautara. The insulated walls and false ceiling are used in the building to complement the thermal comfort inside the building. The bamboo screens are used around the building to give a rural feel so that the residents, who normally come from remote parts of Nepal, are comfortable to their surroundings.JSA carried out the detailed design and full site supervision. The project was completed within stipulated time frame.
